How a coaching day works
- 01
Welcome and suit up
Meet your coach, get fitted with gear and talk through your goals.
- 02
Briefing
Your coach explains the plan for the day and the key points for your first session.
- 03
Skid pad warm-up (10–20 minutes)
Get comfortable on the bike while your coach watches and gives advice the whole time.
- 04
Debrief and tips
A quick review of the warm-up. Your coach then decides whether you're ready for the track or need more skid pad time.
- 05
Track sessions (15–20 minutes each)
Ride the circuit, then come in for a briefing after every session.
- 06
Repeat and progress
Each session builds on the last, with new targets from your coach.

Weekdays
The track runs continuously from 9:00 to 17:00. Ride whenever you're ready and set your own pace.
Weekends
Busier, so riders are grouped by skill level into 15-minute track sessions.
Every coach works with a maximum of 2 riders, so you get real one-to-one attention. Start your coaching any time during the track day.
Your plan
What you'll work on
Coaching is personal. After your first sessions, your coach builds a targeted plan around what you need most. That can include:
- Body position and getting comfortable on the bike
- Braking points and braking technique
- Racing lines and corner entry
- Throttle control on corner exit
- Vision – where to look and when
- Consistency and confidence at speed
Coaching you can understand
All NIB coaches are native English speakers. No language barrier means you understand every instruction, can ask questions, and get clear feedback after every session.

The bike transport fee covers bringing the rental bike to Bira Circuit. It does not apply if you ride your own bike.
Example: coaching with your own bike and gear – ฿2,700 at Motorsports Park Suvarnabhumi, ฿6,800 at Bira Circuit. Complete package (coaching, bike, gear, insurance and track fee) – ฿9,700 at Suvarnabhumi, ฿16,800 at Bira Circuit (including the bike transport fee).

Answers to the questions riders ask most before their first coaching day.
No. We coach complete beginners as well as experienced riders, and start everyone on the skid pad before going on track.
No. Coaching takes place on a closed race circuit, not public roads.
Yes. You can ride your own bike, or rent our Yamaha R15 V3 and full gear.
Riders are responsible for damage to rented bikes and gear. Our optional damage insurance (฿2,000 per day) covers all damage to the bike and gear from one crash. After a crash, you can buy insurance again for ฿2,000 or pay for any further damage yourself.
A maximum of 2 riders per coach.
